We strive to ship all in stock non-prescription eyewear orders within 2-5 business days, and prescription and blue light blocking eyewear orders within 7-10 business days, depending on the prescription. These time frames are not definitive and some orders take longer than others as all lenses are custom made to each individual pair of glasses. 

Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During promotional periods and special events, orders may take longer to ship due to the high volume of orders. In cases of any unusual delays, we'll inform our customers individually in advance.

We'll keep you updated on your order status via email. Please be aware that orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached "Processing" status.

Your order will ship via the method you selected at check-out.  We can not guarantee shipping times from couriers.
